In 1727, Ben Franklin started a club called Junto. He invited members from all walks of life to come together and discuss philosophy, intellectual ideas, and ways to improve their community. We want to reintroduce this concept by channeling technology to create a new breed of social media and grow a community of people who care about the world.
Our goal is to reshape the social media narrative by fostering more meaningful conversations around things that matter. We are growing a community of people from all walks of life and invite those who are looking to usher in a new wave of empathy and open-mindedness. Junto is our humble attempt at harnessing the freedom and diversity of thought that exists uniquely on college campuses to resist the strong forces of ignorance, apathy, and superficiality.
